The availability of a specific shade or finish is verified for the chosen system. If you want anthracite, a special color, or a different look on the inside versus outside, mention it in your first inquiry. Confirm the final choice against the sample and specification, since the preview on a phone or computer screen may differ from the real color. In this way the look is agreed before the order is placed and production begins.

Roller shutters and insect screens are planned in advance

The window, the roller shutter and the insect screen need to work together. If you want them, it is best to discuss them during the first measurement. At that point we check the available space and the installation method, instead of fitting additional equipment only after installation. It is especially helpful to tell us whether light control, privacy, or the ability to ventilate while protected from insects matters most to you.

Different rooms may call for different types of insect screens and roller shutters. The needs in a bedroom can differ from those at a balcony door or in a kitchen. 2. Free measurement

On site we check the openings and the installation conditions. We discuss the sash arrangement, color, glass and additional equipment. It is important to mention any planned construction work or other changes that could affect the opening. That way the quote is based on the real conditions and the space is prepared in line with the agreed solution.

3. Quote and confirmation of the choice

Before the order you review the specification, price, timing and warranty. If you want to change something, this is the moment to align the details. Do not assume different quotes are equivalent just because they have similar dimensions: check the glass, profile, hardware, and the scope of service. Questions are welcome before the final confirmation.

4. Manufacturing and preparation for installation

Lead times depend on the system, finish, availability and the size of the order. We agree the timing for the specific project, together with the installation date. Before our arrival, prepare access to the openings and move sensitive items away. Special access conditions, floor level and other works in the building are helpful to flag in advance.

5. Installation and removal of the old joinery

We install the new joinery and check the opening, closing and basic functions. When replacing, we dismantle and remove the old joinery free of charge. On completion we walk you through use and maintenance. The scope of finishing work around the opening should be agreed in the quote so you know what is included and what you may organize separately.

Maintenance and warranty

At handover, ask for the instructions for the selected profile, hardware and glass. Adapt cleaning to those recommendations, and contact service for adjustments of the mechanism or any closing issue. Pay particular attention to the sash not catching and to using the handle without force. If you notice any change, describe it by phone or send a photo so we can agree on the next step.

Warranty ranges from 1 to 5 years, depending on the product and project. Its exact duration and scope are agreed in the quote. Keep the documentation with the specification and conditions, as it is the authoritative reference for your choice. A general warranty statement does not mean every component has the same term or that every possible task is covered the same way.
