Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the site stolarijavim.me and the relationship between Stolarija V&M and you as a visitor or client. By using the site, you accept these terms.

2. Business activity

Stolarija V&M is engaged in the sale and installation of custom PVC and aluminum joinery (windows, doors, sliding systems, roller shutters, insect screens, exterior shutters, glass railings and related accessories) throughout Montenegro.

3. Information on the site

The content on the site — product descriptions, specifications, indicative prices, blog advice and images — is informative in nature. The final specification, price, timing and conditions are determined exclusively in the written quote following a free measurement. We strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the site or the complete accuracy of every item at every moment.

4. Submitting an inquiry and preparing a quote

  • You can send an inquiry by email, phone, or through the form on the Contact page.
  • Measurement of the openings and preparation of the quote are free of charge for buildings in Montenegro.
  • The written quote contains the specification (profile, glass, color, hardware), price, lead time, payment terms and warranty duration. It is valid for the period stated in the quote itself, by default 15 days.
  • An order is considered confirmed when the client signs the quote/pro forma invoice and pays the agreed advance.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • The method of payment (advance + balance upon delivery/installation or another arrangement) is determined in the written quote.
  • Payment is made by transfer to our business account or in accordance with the arrangement set out in the quote.
  • In the event of an order cancellation after confirmation and advance payment, the advance may be retained if production has already started, in proportion to the costs incurred.

6. Delivery and installation

  • Lead time depends on the system, scope and availability of profiles; the precise lead time is stated in the quote.
  • When replacing existing joinery, dismantling and removal are performed free of charge.
  • The client is required to provide clear access to the openings on the day of installation.
  • Handover is documented by a work completion report signed by both parties.

7. Warranty

  • The standard warranty ranges from 1 to 5 years, depending on the product and system (profile, hardware, glass, roller shutters, motors).
  • The exact duration and scope of the warranty are stated in the written quote and the warranty certificate.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, maintenance, mechanical damage, force majeure or unprofessional interventions by third parties.
  • Complaints are to be reported in writing to info@stolarijavim.me with a description of the problem and, where possible, a photo. We respond within the statutory period.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site — texts, images, logo, graphics and code — is the property of Stolarija V&M or is used with the permission of the rights holders. Downloading, reproducing or publishing content without written consent is not permitted. Sharing links to individual pages is allowed with a clear indication of the source.

9. Limitation of liability

Stolarija V&M is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of information from the site prior to a written quote. Specific conditions, prices and lead times apply exclusively to what has been agreed in the written quote.

10. Links to other sites

The site may contain links to external sites (social networks, maps, profile suppliers). We are not responsible for the content and privacy practices of those sites.

11. Data protection

The handling of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

The law of Montenegro applies to the relationship between Stolarija V&M and its clients. We resolve disputes primarily by amicable means; in the event of a dispute, the court in Nikšić has jurisdiction.
