We apply the provisions of the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors from the European Union.

We collect only the data necessary to communicate with you and to prepare a quote:

  • Contact information that you voluntarily provide via email, phone or the contact form: first and last name, phone number, email address, address of the building for measurement.
  • Message content and project details that you describe to us (dimensions, number of openings, desired materials).
  • Technical data that the browser automatically sends when you visit the site: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, pages visited, time of visit. These data are collected and processed by Google Analytics 4 in an anonymized form.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry and preparing a joinery quote;
  • Scheduling a free measurement appointment;
  • Performance of the contract and delivery of the joinery;
  • Keeping accounting and tax records in accordance with the law;
  • Improving the website and understanding how visitors use our content (anonymized statistics).

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on one of the following grounds:

  • Your consent — when you voluntarily contact us with an inquiry.
  • Performance of a contract — when you accept our quote and we begin the work.
  • Legal obligation — accounting, tax and warranty regulations.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Contact inquiries without an order: up to 12 months.
  • Client data for which a delivery has been completed: throughout the warranty period and an additional 10 years in accordance with tax regulations.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months (standard Google Analytics 4 retention).

6. Sharing data

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only with:

  • Installation and transport partners, strictly to the extent necessary to deliver your project;
  • Our accounting service, to fulfill legal obligations;
  • Competent authorities when required by law;
  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) in anonymized form for statistical purposes.

Our site uses a minimum of technical cookies necessary for the site to function and the analytics cookies of Google Analytics 4, which serve exclusively to help us understand site visits. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time. Please note that we do not use marketing cookies or remarketing tools.

8. Your rights

  • Request the correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data;
